Made In May Jewelry accepts merchandise in its original, unused condition for a refund or exchange within seven days of receiving your items. All refunds will be applied to the original form of payment, excluding shipping costs. Made In May Jewelry is not responsible for any returns that are lost, damaged, or sent to the wrong address. Please note that a return sent to the wrong address will incur a fee, which will be reflected in your refund amount.

Upon receipt of your return, we will notify you via the email address on file. Please note that your banking institution may require additional time to process the refund. Made In May Jewelry reserves the right to refuse returned products that have been used, worn, or altered in any way. All packaging must be included in your return.

**Please be advised that if you partially return an order that initially received complimentary shipping, a $10-25 shipping fee will be deducted from your refund if the kept item is valued at less than $150.**
